There Before Me
Revelation 4 v 1-2
After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this" 2 At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it.
I have read Revelations before but when I read it this time my spirit was telling me how far I had come and where I was going. I suddenly remembered how I was without my Heavenly Father. I was always searching for fulfillment and never receiving what I was truly searching for. I remembered caring extra weight I did not need such as shame, guilt, forgiveness and doubt in myself. I remembered when I first heard his voice asking me for all my burdens. I gave Him all my guilt, shame and unforgiveness. I remembered Him working all that out of me until He replaced my shame with His love, my guilt with his joy, my doubt with His hope and my unforgivenss with His forgiveness. I remembered Him working out of me all that extra weight holding me down into the darkness. I remember when each weight was lifted, I began to see the light lifting me up out of the darkness, I began to receive the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ the true light in me, the true light in each one of us, the true light of the world. I remembered the light growing in me each day until I was above the world and was not a part of it any longer. I wasn't a part of it in the way people think, the way the world lives any longer. I see the throne now with my Father sitting in it. I see Him inside me guiding me to an ever lasting life no one can ever take away. I will stay her for the rest of my life receiving more and more of my Heavenly Father's Spirit with in me, because He gives His Spirit without limit. I will go places, have heavenly relationships and do things I would have never dreamed of doing because my Heavenly Father is within me, because I was nothing without Him. I am his child made in His image through Christ. His love for us is immeasurable and our love for each other becomes the same through Christ dying on the cross. I will be be with him all the days of my life on earth as it is in Heaven. I thank you everyday Father for all that you give us but most of all I thank you for what you have made us; your children, serving you through your love for us given to others.
It doesn't matter where you are on your journey to the Father, it only matters that you are on it. He is always going to ask you to "look up here above the earth" and reach for a higher purpose.
He will always ask you to reach for your "Utmost Highest" so you will see and receive Him more and more. We always have to decrease ourselves for His Spirit to increase within us. He is a jealous God, He wants all of us because we were made to have all of Him. We were made to be Holy as He is Holy. He does not want to share us with anyone we make higher than Him in our lives because if we make anyone higher than Him, including our selves, we are not above with Him, we are still below. So reach for Him always until you see the Spirit of Him guiding you and leading you to where your are above all things and your true self will be revealed; you will see you are a true child of God always reaching higher.
