Are we building up others according to their needs?

Good evening! Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today we are testing ourselves with God's definition of benefit.
Ephesians 4v29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
Paul is describing to us what we will be when we are living with the full measure of the fullness of Christ. When we are infants and not mature Christians we will feel like we are tossed back and forth like the waves, blown here and there by every wind of teaching because of doubt and unbelief. Has long as we remain in the word and remain in faith in Jesus Christ our Lord and speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, this, Christ. As long as we satisfy the Holy Spirit and what He desires and to continue to have faith in Him giving us all things we will no longer be corrupted by our sinful nature and what that nature desires. We will be walking in true faith by our new attitudes and our new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. We will be putting off falsehood and speaking truthfully to our neighbor, for we are all members of one body, being true watchmen out of love. We will be speaking in truth because that is the only way people will truly benefit. If we ignore what people need because we do not want to hurt them by telling them the truth how are they going to truly benefit. If God has revealed the truth to us how can we being true children of God ignore what they need? Because if we continue to let them walk down the wrong path how are they benefiting from His love of the truth that has been revealed to us? The next word here that hinders their benefiting from the truth in love is if they do not listen. Paul was persecuted for telling the truth and they also were not reaping God's benefits. (Galatians 4v16 Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth?) Jesus was persecuted and people got angry when He told them the truth of who they were and they did not listen for all kinds of reasons. Pride mostly is the reason people can not handle the truth, because it reveals something in them they do not want to face about their self. They had rather live with the lie instead of face the truth and change so they can reap all of God's benefits. His word is truth and will reveal the truth of their spirit because of their attitude and reactions of who they truly are. People who do not listen to the truth do not have room for the "mature" Christians word which is His word of truth. They get bitter and resentful. (John 8v40 As it is, you are determined to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God.) Those of us who belong to God hear what God says from one another, we know because we know God. We want to be built up to the utmost for His highest. We humbly listen and judge all things. We are acknowledging Him more and more each day in all our ways, this is why He has given us the truth to speak, (John 8v47 He who belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God.) Many of us today say we know Jesus and say we belong to Him and He belongs to us, but we do not live the life of Jesus. Jesus says those that have faith in Him will be doing what He is doing. Do we love God enough to build someone up according to what they truly need out of love, so they will reap His benefits? They may not love us for telling them the truth but we will always love them, because God is loving others through us. If we are, we will be telling them what ever God has revealed to us to tell them, the truth in love. We were once children of darkness and now we live by the light of Christ. If we are only living a life for us to reap the benefits, I do not believe we truly have faith in who Jesus Christ is because we are not doing what He did, speaking the truth. (Read Ephesians 4, and John 8)
