How small are we making our God?

Good morning! Mercy, peace and love by yours in abundance.
Today we are testing ourselves with God's definition of small.
Isaiah 49v6 he says: "It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring my salvation to the ends of the earth.
When we are being used by God and we all will if we truly have faith in His love guiding us. His grace will reveal who he is forming us to be, through His Holy Spirit and His word. When Jesus Christ is working in us He wants us to stay in the place where we are called to receive Him. For the disciples it was first for the Jews and then for the gentiles. We know each disciple first was given the task to help their families receive His salvation first. (1 Timothy 5v4 But if a widow has children or grandchildren, these should learn first of all to put their religion into practice by caring for their own family and so caring for their parents and grandparents.) Paul uses this example to prove we must care for our parents and grandparents but He says we must put our religion into practice by caring for our family first in all godliness. There is going to become a new time and a new place for all of us after we have made known God's grace in our families through Jesus Christ. It has to be through His knowledge and His understanding that we give to others. After we have completed the first task He has given us, through Jesus Christ, then we will receive more of His secret knowledge. After we have completed each task in His name, He will move us into a larger area and enlarge our territory. We first have to be what He wants us to be with our families and the people that are closest to us. If we can not complete what He is giving us for where He has placed us first, our families, church, work place, or neighborhood He will not enlarge our territory after that. It is not that they have to listen, it is that He has to speak through us so they may listen and may know Him. It is our responsibility to let Him speak through us through faith in our relationship with Him, not for someone else to listen. It may seem like our knowledge is growing along with our followers, but it will not be growing by His power and through His knowledge it will be by our own knowledge and understanding, at some point it will be taken from us. Jesus explains this in Matthew when He talks to His disciples.( Matthew 13v11 He replied, "The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been give to you, but not to them. v12 Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.) When we have truly accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior in our new heart He has given us through the Holy Spirit. we realize we are thinking differently and have been given the knowledge of the secrets of God, our lives will change, and everyone around us will change. It will not be changing because of our power, our way of thinking, by our own accomplishments but by His power! Our abundance of knowledge will not continue to be small it will be enough to spread throughout our territory and accomplish His way of thinking for all to know. His plans and His future is the only path we need and desire to follow!  Our children who put their hope in Him and they will know Him, because our life will reveal His hope. Our friends will know Him and then wherever He takes us, they will know Him! All the people around us will know He is the LORD, those of us that put their hope in Him will not be disappointed! We are truly His children spreading His love, through word and deed about our Father! Because what He is working in us is following out of us like living water. He gets all the glory and the praise! We will grow and expand as long as we are fulfilling  His will, not ours. His gospel will grow and spread, we will be given more because what we have been given is from Him. It is because He desires more of His power to be praised and shared! We will receive our seed on good soil, we will hear the word, we will understand it, we will be producing a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. We are small but He is a BIG and MIGHTY God with a Big Plan and purpose that He can only fulfill! Read Isaiah 49 and Matthew 13
