Good morning! Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance.
Today we are testing ourselves with God's definition of quiet.
Luke 19v40 "I tell you," he replied,"if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.
We all will begin to experience people wanting to change the way we worship to suit their own needs. It may be in our family, the way we have changed in speaking the love of God that He has put into our new hearts so others may know the truth of Him and His power of change in us. It may be on our job when we begin to have His courage in speaking the love of Him and how He can take our cares of the world away. It may be in our church when we freely express His revelations of faith, knowledge and wisdom He has given us in how we worship or speak. There is always going to be people to tell us to keep quiet because we are disturbing the world they live in, just like Jesus did when He came into the world. There is always going to be people that have a heart of stone. Jesus wept over their unbelief and today we also weep with many tears for those that truly do not know His love from their lack of unbelief because the change in them is not evident, they are still held down by the principles of the world and their ways of living. Jesus went on and said, "If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace-but now it is hidden from your eyes." If only they knew the love of God they would not be telling us to be quiet, they would be worshiping with us not trying to hinder us. When Jesus tells us God would make the stones cry out this should tell us we have no control of what God puts in us, it will come out while we worship if we freely have given everything to him!! If He can make the stones cry out, He surely will make us cry out!! They would be crying out with joy because they know the love that brings us joy, and peace in abundance through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord of our lives, our hearts of stone is crying out because it has been made into His heart, a new heart! By His gift of the promise of the Holy Spirit we receive through that faith we have in Him, He now controls us. We do not have faith in our faith we have faith in Him, faith He has freely given us through our relationship with Him. He has changed us so He can change each relationship and each circumstance through us and all around us! They would say, "How can we not cry out we have received peace and love that goes way beyond our own understanding!" Those of us that truly have the love of God in us in abundance can not help but cry out and keep crying out! As we grow in faith in Him by the love He has given us our hearts of stone will cry out and become a new soft heart that He controls, we will never be quiet. So let Him turn your heart of stone into a heart that cries out freely in praise and glory for Him because we truly have recognized the time of God's coming to us! Read "The triumphal Entry" of Jesus Christ, Luke 19v28-44. I love everyone with the love God gives me for you!
