How long are we staying with Him?

Good morning! Grace and peace to you in abundance from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today we are testing ourselves with God's definition of staying.
John 1v39 "Come," he replied, and you will see." So they went and saw where he was staying, and spent that day with him. It was about the tenth hour.
Jesus will never force us to stay with him we always have a choice to stay with Him for one day, a hour, a minute or our whole lives. It is us that choose this when all He wants is for us to give ourselves to Him so He can fill us up with himself. Jesus is at the right hand of God, but His Spirit is within us, He is all in all but it is us that do want to hold on and dwell with him at all times by faith in Him being all in all. Just like the disciples did not have the dwelling power in them to stay more than just a day even though they were seeking him and being drawn to Him they did not truly know Him yet. Jesus declared to Nicodemus, "No one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." We soon find out when Jesus Christ is crucified his disciples, no matter how much their natural selves loved Him, most of them did not have the staying power when they let things in the world arouse doubt, fear and worry in them.  We to look alright with him on certain days but when we let the world and it's cares in and focus on those things, or listen to the lies telling us we can not overcome, we hinder our life by not letting Him live in us. A true born again disciple of Christ that has fully surrendered because they have faith of him being their Lord, Master, teacher, Doctor, and friend has the new name of Jesus Christ all over him; self-interest, pride and self-sufficiency have been completely erased. He gives all of us the gift of grace but it is us that does not accept it. ( John 15 v7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given to you)Some of us listen to the lies of Satan and believe him when he tells us, we are to lost to be saved, we are much to weak and hopeless, to humble to be called a Saint, to humble to be worthy enough to live a Holy life. Some of us are to prideful, making ourselves in to Saints, this will reveal itself when we have no peace, comfort and rest in our souls. This might seam humble to men, but to God all it is telling Him you think your emptiness is to much for him to fulfill. Why do we not think He can make us into a Saint? We do not have to run and scatter now, He has given us himself, all self sufficiency and self pity is gone. Maybe it is because we do not want to be Holy,we like our life of confusion, our sinful nature, ourselves controlling our lives. One minute we are good the next minute we are stressed, being tossed like the waves. It may be we do not have faith in Him making us one with our Father. After He gave his Son as a sacrifice for this purpose; to kill the unworthiness inside us, to lift us up into heaven this day in spirit, to kill the sin in us, so we can live because He lives in us, so we can be one with our Father as he is one with the Father. Thank you Father for your gift of the Holy Spirit that gives us abundant grace to be sufficient enough to live out your life of love when we walk in faith in it everyday. When we come unto him in faith, and live everyday in Him in faith, and listen to no other voice in faith, make no other conditions in faith, let Him be everything in faith, He will take us with him not only for a day,an hour, or a minute but forever, He will never leave us! So today this hour, this minute, where is he staying? Read John 1 and 2 and John 15. I love you with all the love He gives me for you!
