Where does sin come from?

Good morning to all, grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today we are investigating God's word about sin and where it comes from.

(KJV)James 1:13-14 When tempted, no one should say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, either tempteth he any man; But EVERY MAN is tempted, when he is drawn away of his OWN lust, and enticed.

(NIV)James 1:13-14 When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed.

Our sin comes from our own evil desires and it is enticed by our sight, body and mind.  We all have them, and they are different in all of us, and continues to battle against our natural law within ourselves and God.  God created all things and evil is one of the things he created.  Many today do not accept this truth, believers and non believers in Christ, but to know him our God is eternal life and this is His truth we have to accept and recognize. God is not evil, but he has a purpose for it in his plan of creating a New Earth and New Heavens.

Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil.  I the LORD do all these things.

Many people claim the good and the image of natural man is of God's goodness and holiness, when God says" So God created man in his own 'image' " he is meaning a soul, spirit and body not holiness as some may think today, and not his goodness as some also think.

Adam and Eve confirm this by their evil desires giving birth to sin. The good God is proclaiming in Genesis 1 is the good design of the universe and all he had made in how they work together.  This is still proven today. Man, animals, and plants work very good together.  Christ had no evil desires, no sinful nature in him so he would not fall into temptation, and he was the first Son begotten of God perfect lamb and sacrifice for all humankind.  Although he could be tempted by Satan, that is Satan's job and what he does, but God could not be tempted to fall, he was God and his human nature had not sinful nature, no evil desires as Adam and Eve had which is clearly proven through natural man.  Why would God create evil desires within his natural children?

Isaiah 45:6 That they may know from the rising of the  sun, and form the west, that there is none beside me.  I am the Lord, and there is none else.

Isaiah 45:15 Truly you are a God who hides himself, O God and Savior of Israel

God is telling us he is the only one that creates all things so he is the only one that can save us! He is the only God to be worshiped, to be praised, to be loved and to fully trust in, and for him to prove this he chose his Son to die for us, we must be saved by Him through His Son for Him to live through us for his sake and for us to benefit from in being who we truly are; his reborn children.  He has created all things in and around us to recognize who he is, and our evil desires within us screams out willingly, "I need a Savior!"

Our Heavenly Father uses and controls everyTHING  for His purpose for drawing us to his Son on the cross, for his plan of building a New Heaven, and a New Earth through Him. Not by our own natural works in making ourselves reborn, that would be useless, but by faith in Him giving us rebirth.

This does not mean God is evil, He creates trees, and he is not a tree.   He creates poisonous spiders, emotions, anger, and laughter but he is not all he creates. He does use and has a purpose for all he creates. He has a plan and purpose for all he creates. He does not control our minds. His freewill gift is given to all humans, this too has a purpose he uses evil for, we all willing can choose our natural human state to stay and live in, with it's evil desires, or we can accept His plan of salvation, and his rebirth through His First Holy Son.

Isiah 65:17 "Behold, I will create new heaves and new earth.  The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind.

Wow all our sinful past, all of our evil desires,  and all of our battles within ourselves will not enter our minds!  All former things in life will be forgotten, we have a new Heaven and a new earth to live in!  These words plainly tell us what goes on here is all for a purpose of making a New Heaven and a New Earth.

Adam and Eve were the first natural humans to have evil desires and they were the first humans God formed naturally from the dust of the earth, we can see this through the devil tempting him and Eve.  She and Adam easily followed the temptation of their evil desires, and they were the first to have them. Before the command they did not know the evil desires that was in them.  Let us investigate how Satan tempted their natural eyes, body and mind from the natural evil desires that was in them, and how it turned into sin.

Genesis 3:6 When the woman saw (eyes) the fruit of the tree it was good for food (body) and pleasing to the eye, also desirable for gaining wisdom. (mind)

Their lust was confirmed in them through their own eyes in what they wanted for themselves, their body confirmed it has it was pleasing for their own provision of pleasure, and their mind confirmed it for going their own way in their thinking. All these were in them and through Satan and his deceiving schemes he confirmed it.  Although they had no knowledge of the evil desires and lust that was in them, nor the good, that later would be not enough to save them, their eyes were opened when they ate of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.    God shows us his plan and power in how he uses all he creates, including mankind for his purpose and plan in beginning our journey to the cross.

We can receive the word of truth from God through James as he describes the birth of sin and where it comes from in all natural humans.
James 1:15 Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

First we see evil desires through the eyes and once that evil desire has conceived or has been born, it  then travels to our mind and then body confirming it, it gives birth to sin, and when you complete the temptation by doing it, it is full grown and it gives birth to death.

The only way each of us can be free of these evil desires in our sinful natures is to look to the cross, listen to him, let your mind take you there, and do what he says. Receive His gift of grace from the cross, and have faith in Him that gives life to the body through His Spirit that makes you whole. He has given us rebirth through the word of truth, that we might receive Christ and be the first fruits of all he created through the faith he gives us, not by works of our own, but by faith in Him giving us the work in us and through us.

James 1:16 Don't be deceived, my dear brothers.  Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.  He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first fruits of all he created.

This does not mean God controls our minds and makes us sin, we sin because we are all sinners and made that way, we are not sinners because we sin.  We all have evil desires as a natural human because that is the way we are made, we will never be Holy without God saving us from our sinful desires we are all born into sinful desires through the first natural humans.  We have a better blood than Able, (Adams first "good" son) through the blood of Christ shed on the cross we have rebirth into his holiness by faith in him giving it to us.

His gifts of unending grace, peace and love always is waiting for us at the cross, to save us all from all of our evil desires, and crush the sinful nature that is living in all humans; have you received yours today from the cross through faith in Him?
