What does the face of persecution look like in the
The face of persecution doesn't look any different in the
corporate world than any parts of the world an individual Christian walks. The
face of persecution looks the same in their business life, family life,
community life, or in their "religious" life. God does not separate
himself from any parts of the world He places one of His true reborn Children
in, but many people that claim to be His do.
A true Christian will face persecution in any individual
walk His Spirit goes, not because of who they are, but because of who He is. If
He is in us He wills to go where He wants to go, not where we choose to glorify
There are many false prophets in the world in all walks
of life. These are some "faces" of persecution you will see in any
walk of life, and if you are a true Christian in the "corporate"
world you will see the face of persecution in this world as you do in any
How you respond will reveal if He is real or falsely being
a witness in you for everyone you face in the corporate world as in any walk of
life. They will only want to be around those that love and honor them. They may
appear very humble to other human beings but to God, they are not.
1) The face of persecution will appear humble to man but
not to God.
They will always glorify themselves or others as they
give the testimony of their success, and many will follow this same
glorification process. They will be representing their natural human nature of
perseverance, faith in themselves, and faith in others that supported them to
get where they are.
2) They will claim they are “Christians" but only at
"church." Some may even claim to have His anointed power for a
ministry leader in their "religious" body of believers.
3) They will have many accomplishments, higher education
levels, and proof of their success in the world.
4) In the corporate world, they will rarely, if any, say
or write the name of Jesus Christ or claiming Him being their Lord of their
life or Savior delivering them from their sinful nature.
5) They will have a huge following in the
"corporate" world as well as in their "religious" world.
They will be honored by all, but they will have no love for God in their
hearts, and they will have knowledge of the Bible very well.
HOW DOES A TRUE CHRISTIAN RESPOND?
A true Christian man or woman will always respond through
His Spiritual faithful truth, love, and guidance if He is loved more than
themselves or others. These will remain in His beloved children as they pour
out ONLY what He can pour into them, and they let the consequences of how
others respond to HIM and HIS truth fall where they may.
If a true child of God wants to walk in the Will of God,
they will not be drawn away from His Spirit or Words regardless of the
persecution they face. If they become full of hatred and anger, mock, or
resentment they will put out the fire of His Spirit and love that protects
their heart through any persecution in any walk of life they are in.
His children are placed in a time such as this to be a
Witness of Him by the Spirit He gives, not to be a witness to their power,
their righteousness, and their wisdom of getting where they are.
His children may be fired, feel all alone, rejected or
accepted as the gift He has given them and through them for others. His
children will always speak as He spoke and walk as He walked through the same
Spirit His Son was given by His Father is given to them by that same Heavenly
Father. Because a true Christian is sent as our Lord was sent being One with
the Heavenly Father as He was One with the Heavenly Father. Jesus is the
fullness of God in bodily form and through Him, His children are too where ever
I pray this helps His children test themselves and others
around them they are following. It surely has helped me in all my years of
listening to Him above any other voice.
As our Lord told His true disciples, He still tells His
true disciples, "Watch out for false prophets, they come to you in sheep's
clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit, you will
Are you watching, and if you are watching, who is in you
that you are you watching with or through? Your
natural nature, or His Spiritual?
Only through His Spirit in you can you
recognize the falseness in you and through you in others. We can always leave
the falsehood behind and begin walking and speaking in His True Spirit of
Is Christianity a “brainwashing” religion?
When I was growing up I went to
church on and off with my family, as most of my readers already know, my grandfather was a
Methodist preacher and it was in “our own blood line” to go to “church.” We were raised to think this way, and their was no saying "no" when my parents wanted to go.The
reason I went most of my life was to please my parents, myself, or others.
I really did not
know what to think about religion or what it truly meant to be a Christian
until much later in life. I was taught to make good choices and love Jesus who
died on the cross for me so I would be forgiven for my sins. I sinned and
thought I was forgiven, and I sinned and thought I was forgiven, and I repeated
this process without truly knowing who my Heavenly Father and Savior truly
w ere. I had no change within. This change within does not mean I rely on my own
feelings, or the opinions of others. This change, or new person within only
relies on three witnesses, and that is Him our Savior Jesus Christ, being the
Word of God, and Heavenly Father we receive from His Holy Spirit.
1 John 5:6 This is
the one who came by water and blood-Jesus Christ. He did not come by water
only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies because the
Spirit is the truth. For there are three that testify: The Spirit, the water
and the blood, and the three are in agreement. We accept man’s testimony, but
God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has
given about his Son. Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony
in his heart.
I never read the Bible growing up, and I never meditated
on His word or thought about who God was, and the reason for the Cross because
I was a “natural” human being, and there were “natural” human beings all around
me. We are all naturally made human beings with a spirit, soul and body, but
none of us are Holy. I did not know the Holy Spirit, the “third person” of the
Godhead, nor did I recognize Him, or was drawn to Him through others around me
most of my life. I had eyes but could not see, and I had ears but could not
Later in life I did freely receive the Holy Spirit, heard
Him through another person, was drawn to Him, and I fully gave my life to Him,
and my new life began through all He had given me. I became poor within when I
heard His words through this Holy Spirit filled person, and instantly I gave my poor incomplete self to Him. Then I became rich
within by all He was giving me of himself! I had a strong craving for His word, I
meditated on His Word countless hours, days, months and years, and I will continue
for the rest of my life.
Did reading His word brainwash me, or make me follow this
imaginary person? Many people today believe this to be true. Many people today
think he is a fantasy, or an imaginary person Christians have conjured up so
they can appear whole and true to themselves like any other religion or belief
system in the world.
Did the Bible become like a math book that I memorized,
and His word become like formulas? Did His principles appear as time tables so
I can recite them correctly and appear to be complete within myself like a math
problem or a science project? The whole education system uses repetition in
different contexts. Every year students learn the same concepts with different
levels of understanding or building blocks, like adding is simple in grade 1
but by grade 12 some have learned algebra, and calculus, adding, dividing,
subtracting to the greatest degree; which I never mastered!
The word brainwashing means any method of controlled
systematic indoctrination, especially one based on repetition or confusion.
The word brainwash can be used
as a verb, or a noun. The verb usage means to cause someone to undergo brainwashing. Example: “You are brainwashing them to
believe as you believe.” This would be forcing someone to believe the way you
believe over and over without any reprieve from childhood to adulthood. This
would be a controlled method, or way of making someone do something consciously
or subconsciously. Many religions or cults use this brain washing method, but does Christianity?
The noun usage of the word is
called the process of brainwashing as a thing. Example: “How did you brainwash
them, or what method did you use?” Most brain washing methods are accomplished
by strong willed individuals wanting to take over the weak-willed person for
their own vain purposes, cause and creed. They have pride in being the “king of
the mountain”, or think they have great power to make their cause and
themselves appear great, or great again.
With this written and said, is
Christianity a form of brainwashing? Christ died for each one of us for our
benefit, He is a real person that comes inside a person through His Spirit, and
He changes a person, renews their mind from His presence within when they
surrender all of themselves to Him. The person gets no recognition for who they
are, He does. The term, "The Bible tells me so" is true, but there is another great witness that is greater and that is the Author of the Bible, God himself.
Jesus is the Word of God, so
His Word the Holy Bible, is given to that person that has surrendered all to
Him. He will reveal His word as He determines, not as the person determines. That
is why they crave His word because He is the Word, and each person’s spirit
craves His word when they receive Him. He does not manipulate you to follow Him
or to read His word. He does not force you to receive what He has given to you
from His blood on the Cross. He wants to oversee your life as Lord, but He only
wants to if you want Him too.
How the person has changed
should be evident by how they react to their circumstances, by their words and actions, and how differently
they react to others. They are stubborn, but stubborn for Him and His purposes
and truths not stubborn against Him, or for their own purposes or creeds. His interest
will become their interest, and His will, will become their will because they have surrendered all in love for Him.
He gives each child His presence freely when they are prove ready to surrender all, and it is up to each person to surrender to His presence freely. Some will and
some will not. His presence takes a person far above their natural human nature and their intelligence of making them whole and complete in who they are, and above this world they live in, and He loves to prove it in, and through them.
Matthew 10:7 As you
go, preach this message: “The kingdom of heaven is near; Heal the sick, raise
the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have
received, freely give.
No other religion takes the weight of sin off a person,
or heals another person through His saving power and grace. No other “religion”
removes the power sin as over them, and guilt from their sins freely given and
freely received. He lifts His true children past themselves into a new person
they have never met or known until that day they received the Spirit of God
through Jesus Christ, not because of the righteous things they have done, but
because of His mercy.
His presence gives each person a washing of their sinful
nature within into a new resurrected and renewal birth of a new person within.
The natural person never knows the weight of their sinful natures, they are
unaware of the weight of sin they are carrying around within themselves each
day until He takes it away. This is no brainwashing religion, or belief, it is
a Gift from God given within each person that receives Him.
Titus 3:3-7 At one
time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of
passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy being hated and hatting one
another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved
us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He
saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit whom he
poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having
been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal
If you have never experienced this weight of sin being
removed from your inner soul, heart, and mind then you are being brainwashed
with lies and unbelief and no change within, or outwardly will occur. You may
be a person that memorizes the words like a math problem, or a person that
manipulates others into following your cause or your creed, but you are not a
person that knows Him as He truly is.
He is a real person, and He is the most real relationship
one can experience that opens a secret door within each natural person they do
not know is there. There is no fear into the unknown when He reveals His
presence within you. He is a God that gives, not a God that manipulates, or
forces you to memorize His principles or His words, they are within you when you
receive Him, and if you love Him, you will live them out!
Do we truly know what it means to follow Christ?
Lately I have been experiencing many conversations with believers
and some non-believers, that have voiced different ideas that revealed a
confusion or ignorance many are not aware of, and me being one of them at one
One may say to a person, “You are not following God through
your life by His instructions, ways and teaching He is has given you through
His word. The other person may respond by saying, “The word computer, car, and
electricity is not in His word either but we still use them, so why can’t we
use all the other inventions and ideas man has come up with that are not in His
word if we are glorifying Him through them?
Today many get confused with the meaning of following
God, His ways and instructions with using His inventions, he invents through
Let us begin by what it means to follow God, His ways and
His instructions. This does not mean we must live in Biblical times, but it
also does not mean His word changes. First what is the definition of each word.
Let us ask our Father and find out what He says about man-made traditions, His
word, and inventions.
Mark 7:6 He
replied, “Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites, as it is
written: “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from
me. They worship me in vain: their teachings are but rules taught by men. You
have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to the traditions of men.
And he said to them: “You have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God
in order to observe your own traditions.”
Verse 13 Thus you
nullify the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And you do
many things like that.
The word tradition in Greek is the word paradosis, it means a substance of
teaching that is taught or acted out that is inherited or handed down from one
generation to another.
The Holy Bible is God’s instructions for everyone who has
received Christ, all is children are given a craving for His word and is drawn
too it by His presence, those who want to listen to Him and follow His voice
will crave it more and more. These are
the only Words His children want to hear, listen, live, and do through His
Spirit and grace.
His instructions are given to His children to receive through
His Son by crucifying themselves daily to Him by the faith He continually gives
them. If a person wants what He is freely giving them they will crucify
themselves willingly so they can hear and never lose what He is freely given
them through His Spirit. His Spirit is real, He speaks and
talks to them through His Word and many other things including His other
children He lives in and through. His children know His voice and learn to live
by His voice, and through His Spirit His understanding of his word is revealed.
His Spirit will never add to His word or take away from His word. His children do not twist His word to suite what they want to believe, and how
they want to live. His true children do not want to listen to teachers that
only want to give people what their itching ears want to hear.
John 10:25 Jesus
answered, “I did tell you, but you do not believe. The miracles I do in my
Father’s name speak for me, but you do not believe because you are not my
sheep. My sheep listen to my voice; I know them and they follow me. I give them
eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my
hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, no one can
snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.
John 15:7 If you remain
in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given
to you. This is for my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing
yourselves to be my disciples.
2 Timothy 4:3 For a
time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit
their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to
say what heir itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from
the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations,
endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist discharge all the duties of your
Inventions man uses in the world are different than God’s
instructions. Inventions help us get to places sooner to share His message,
spread his word, make our lives easier so we will have more time to have
fellowship with Him, and jobs for others to create the things all of us use. Of
course, the words that represent these created things, or inventions are not in the Bible because
they were invented after the Bible was written. God creates through people inventions to help us live in each generation.
This does not mean we change
His instructions but we still live by them whether He is inviting or creating new things through us to use or not. The Bible and God instructions were written and arranged by men
that was carried along through the Holy Spirit of God. The Bible was not made
for man’s private interpretation, but inventions or things he created us to use are different than God instructions.
His word will never change and His Spirit will always remain the same and so
will His word, we do not ever add anything to it. There are many words of His
that warn us that we hear from our hearts, when a person has given Him their whole
heart, about adding to His word or commands.
Deuteronomy 4:2 Do
not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the
commands of the LORD your God that I give you.
You must not worship the LORD your God in their way, because in worshiping their gods, they do all kinds of detestable things the LORD hates. They even
burn their sons and daughters in the fire as sacrifices to their gods. See that
you do all I command you: do not add to it or take away from it.
Proverbs 30:6 Do
not add to His words or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar.
Matthew 24:34 I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. Haven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
Ecclesiastes 3:14 I
know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it
and nothing can be taken from it. God does it so that men will revere him.
Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will
call the past to account.
Revelation 22:18 I
warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds
anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And
if any takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him
his hare in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this
Of course, as far as I know, people do not sacrifice their children in fire
to their gods today, but many things people do promotes greed, material possessions
being what they treasure, giving to others based on their own motives he did not intend, boasting about themselves and their own accomplishments, their own works more than Him, and all are detestable to Him as He clearly tells us through out His word that His children have experienced now through His Spirit.
People today have other gods in this generation as they did in every generation that they put higher than Him in
different ways, and this happens and has happened each time his children have added or taken away from His word since the creation of man.
2 Peter 1:19 And we
have the word of the prophets made more certain, and you will do well to pay
attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and
the morning star rises in your hearts. Above all, you must understand that no prophecy
of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation. For prophecy never
had its origin in the will of men, but men spoke from God as they were carried
along by the Holy Spirit.
Invention – to
think up to create or produce for the first time.
When we make up something that is not in God’s word in
how we are to worship, or how we are to follow Him, those are man-made
traditions, or cleaver stories that man has made up for the first time
that is not in His word that can take us away from God’s truth. Peter tells us this,
2 Peter 1: 16 We did not follow cleverly
invented stories when we told you about the power and coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty. For he received honor and glory
from God the Father when the voice came to him form the Majestic Glory saying, “This
is my Son, whom I love, with him I am well pleased.” We ourselves heard this
voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain.
We who are His today can hear His same voice within
ourselves telling us “This is my Son whom I love, with Him I well pleased,” and
all the invented stories that man has made up that are not Him that grieves His
Spirit of truth the same way they grieved Him then, they still grieve Him now.
These stories, and traditions that are invented to explain His word, or that
are added for us to follow are different than the inventions we invent to help
us live that are not in His Bible. Tradition’s that are taught by men in how we
worship Him can lead us away from God’s Word and who we are in Him by the power
He wants to work in and through us to bring Him glory and praise. Therefore, most
of His “church” today is not manifesting His power like His true church did His
New Testament proclaims because many are living by man made traditions and stories they have created.
My hope is that all who live by these invented false traditions
and stories will repent, listen only to Him, the Son that God loves, and begin
truly following His life, crucifixion, resurrection, and teachings through His
Spirit His Word follows. We can still
have great inventions to live this life He has given us to use, but do not add
to His word invented traditions, and stories that distort His truth and instructions all of us
are supposed to live by through His Word in following and fellowshipping with Him. Our lives will be less busy, and more simple in how we worship Him, and more fulfilled in and through His power and grace!! More of us will begin living His majestic miraculous life He intended spiritually, physically, intellectually, and emotionally!! Our true abundant life can begin, and we can use all the new inventions He creates through us to glorify Him in who He is in our lives.
Good day to you all, grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today God is revealing so many deceptions, his love lost, and evil spirits snatching away what he can only give by the gift of himself at the cross. Another deception I must tell you about for my sake of being obedient to him, and for your sake because he loves you through me, and I do too! These words that he lead me to share with you today will reveal the same truth in you if he is present, if he is not, then you will be guided by other spirits without realizing it. This deception is growing today like gangrene grows in a unclean wound that gets no attention.
Last night (April 3, 2016) I watched a program on one of the National Geographic Channels, "The Story of God" by Morgan Freeman." It will have 5 more episodes, and this one was the first. It was about the death of humans, and the after life each human believes in. It showed different gods, and how each believer of these different gods proclaimed their after life. It aired at 9:00 p.m. in my time zone. I had been looking forward to watching this program for sometime. I could not wait to hear about my Lord God and His Son Jesus working in and through people today as he lives out his plan and purpose for mankind as he did on earth when he was present in the flesh. That was not what the program was about, although they did put HIM in their list of studying different gods, and how we as Christians believe in his resurrection from the dead from the gift of himself from the cross. It was mainly about humans in all the gods they have believed in since time believed in gods, and how humans perceive themselves. This is a much needed program to learn about all the different gods, but a Christian knows the Bible shares many other gods that were worshiped thousands of years ago, and all the different religions others believe in. This is not what I expected, but should have expected it being a "national" melting pot of different gods and different beliefs because that is what the world believes.
The world is not going to proclaim One God, and a One Way. It has to represent all gods, so they got a person that believed in all gods being one god, and all ways to get to what ever god they want to believe in. This program lifted up all religions, and all gods not discerning one over another. I did not do my research for this program, nor I have I ever researched Morgan Freeman in who he is, and what kind of god does he believe in. Is he being deceived, or his he confirming the gospel of truth? So this morning I began my research and now want to share it with you.
It is from a interview conversation written, and shared by News Week in the "Daily Beast" the interview reporter was Marlow Stern, and please research this information yourself.
Marlow asked Morgan questions, and through these questions Morgan revealed his beliefs. Morgan thinks that his god and the devil are one. He doesn't think they are the same creature, but their attributes are in the same body, and depending on the circumstances either one will surface. He believes humans also have this god in them that has the devil in him also. Morgan also believes the highest power in the universe is the human mind or the human soul. The soul is where we get our discernment and reasoning from. He believes his god came from his own natural mind.
I have also researched this show on another web-site that proclaims one of Morgan Freeman's last comments in the last episode, "Our beliefs don't have to divide us but have the power to make us do marvelous things. As it was in the beginning, is now and will be forever." Very interesting beliefs, and use of his own natural wisdom, and words. Someday, my God willing, I want to be able to have a in depth conversation with Mr. Freeman, but first my God's will is to discuss these ideas and wisdom through his word that has been around since creation through his Holy Spirit.
A Christian believes their good works do not count, it is faith in God's work in them, and through them that count. All other gods in other religions use the good works of humans to change the world. That is the difference in a true Christian and all the other religions and other gods. That is why every human will bow down one day, and call him Lord because he works in and through us for his glory and praise, we do not work to do marvelous things, he dose through us, and that is why his work has been seen for over two thousands of years with us giving him glory and praise for his good works. You will never hear a true Christian elevate himself, or speak as though he can save himself by his own works, or the works of his own natural mind.
Through my own research I realize Morgan Freeman is a very kind man that wants the world not to be divided by their beliefs, and he believes all humans should use their beliefs to further the world into a peace we can gain from our own natural minds that we have all been given to help one another. It sounds good, but there is no gospel message of the cross in his belief that does truly divide the world from a One God, and a One way to receive him, and the true meaning of who God truly is, and who we truly are as his offspring. Satan does not live in God nor does God live in Satan. Satan chose to leave God, and his Spirit. There is no evil in God. There is only His righteous judgment, and nothing about the devil has righteous judgement. All the devils judgments levitate himself with the wrong motives, and with a destroying lie, and God never lies. Although God created evil, evil is not in him, just like God created a tree, but a tree is not living inside of his body. God created a plant but a plant is not living inside his body. God created a rock but a rock is not living inside his body. God creates from things that are not visible because he is self existing himself.
God is the only creature that creates, and he gives each person what they are to create through their own minds. A person builds a airplane because God gives him the wisdom to build it. God came first with his mind or soul, then he gave each man his mind or soul to accomplish his purpose. Man has a freewill to accomplish his own evil desires, and all men have a sinful nature that God can only save and conquer through his Son's power and grace. Although God created man with a sinful nature from the dust of the earth God does not have one. God is the only perfect creature, but if he created us all perfect we sure would not need him to save us, and we sure would not need a New Heaven and a New Earth, we would all be God, and we are not, nor will we ever be. We are like him when we are his reborn children, but he will always for eternity be worshiped and praised above ourselves as our Heavenly Father saving us through his power and grace. Most humans are doing their own natural viewing of who God is, and ignoring our true God continually, as the plan of his proclaims the last days seam to be coming closer and closer. He also gave men the freewill to choose to be saved by Christ His First Holy Child that came from God, from this sinful nature that was found in natural man.
That is the "Father and Child" saving relationship God predestined to create through his One and Only Son Jesus Christ, and all of human History point to this One True Relationship man and God was predestined to have by the gift of the Cross. Through the Egyptians, Jews, Islam, Rome, and all the ancient cultures clearly point to the cross if one is looking from him, and from the cross. Each man has been given the freewill to believe in any god, this Morgan Freeman is true, but if they do not to accept Jesus Christ by the faith he can only give, then they will perish as the world is clearly perishing. This proof no one can deny by studying all civilizations that clearly turned away from him, no matter how grand the pyramids are, or India is, or was 2000 or 3000 years ago they have lost their prosperity today. Israel however will gain her worth in the world, and is today slowly proving her worth as time gets closer and closer.
America is headed to becoming another poor country for disowning God through Christ for the last 200 years since it was founded. Many claim America had God in it through Christ from the beginning when it was founded, but as I study the History of America I never see my Lord working in, and through the leaders in most of their time periods. Through the revolutionary war, the war against the Indians, the war against the north, and the south. All originated because of power, wealth, greed, prejudices, and prosperity moving us forward with no regard of the consequences. Christ has not been present but a false god surely has. Many will ask, how do we know this One truth? Because Christ truly lives through his children, and has been living through his chosen children since time began, and through many more through is resurrection from the cross over 2000 years ago. Do any of you truly see Christ, and his work through the Cross through America's history? This no one can deny or ever take away. Although many will try to deceive Christians in all kinds of ways, his truth will always prevail. Satan disguises himself as a angle of light, for his good works, and many are being deceived following these fake stars of light, and do not know it. Satan uses powerful men, and good upright men in the world with bright stars to try to get us to follow their beliefs.
Do not watch this program if you can be easily deceived by others and their beliefs, but if you are strong in faith in our beloved Jesus it will be good for you to have the right words to communicate in love with others that are being lead astray by all different gods, and other beliefs. Christ will always bring his followers to a place of no confusion, and fully confident in knowing Him our true God, because of the Holy Spirit of God is working in them renewing their mind, (soul) and not the human understanding of their own mind powered by it's own wisdom. God gives us his mind, and true revelations through the Holy Spirit of God because we have been saved through the blood sacrifice from the Cross of Christ. This is something Morgan Freeman clearly does not believe in or shows he has experienced for himself. Our minds or souls are given it's true identity through Christ, the only way to know our True God and our true selves. Elevating our human minds, bodies, and spirits sounds good to many, but it will only lead a person on a deceiving path elevating themselves as the Potter, and humans are truly the clay he is molding as his design for his poured out wine.
Most of us that are mature in Christ know the deceiving powers of evil in how they will continually try to snatch away his truth, and exchange it for a lie. Christ came to divide the truth from all the lies, and this division no one can put back together because he divided it once for all. The evidence is proclaimed when you look at the world and the direction it is going for God's plan and purpose to be known to draw all people to the cross. The more Christ gets over looked as the only God working through the flesh of man the more the end times is proven to be close at hand. Come Lord Jesus I am waiting, I am prepared, and trying to prepare others that want to hear through your grace and power you so graciously have given me that I never deserved. You my Lord, and only Savior truly do deserve all the glory and praise for the saving of souls in this world preparing them for the next, your true Kingdom.
His peace and grace always.
Good morning to all, grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Another holiday was celebrated with my family over the weekend. This holiday week was what man chose to celebrate the crucifixion, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, and what man has chosen to call Easter.
We always celebrate this holiday at my mothers, and fathers house. The home they live in now is a great place they have been blessed with by our Heavenly Father to share these holidays. It is a modest home, warm, cozy, and useful with a country setting. Their home has been blessed with many memories shared with my family. This is not the home I was raised in, all though that home was also very modest, warm, cozy and useful as well, but it had a suburban setting.
When I say family I mean my husband, sons, and daughters, a few of my uncles, aunts, sister, brother, nieces, nephews, first, and second cousins, but not many of those due to their own celebrations. Of course over the years some can't come, don't want to come, children get older, have moved, and because of their work schedules. This past weekend there were about twenty of us there. For those of you that follow my blog know my family is made up of all kinds of people. Most claim to be "Christians" if you were to walk up to them, and ask them. Most of them would claim to have a relationship with God, and with Jesus. Of course when you talk with them or spend any time with them, and you are recognizing their spirits through the true Spirit of God that is living in you he is proven not to to be working in them. Some continue to live daily in sin without showing a sign of repentance. Some are living in sin, and claim it is not a sin. Some do not truly believe the Bible. Some store up material possessions, some do not deny themselves, or their own understanding. Some His fruit of the Spirit is clearly not present. Some put many other things before him, including things, and people. There are a very few in my family that have fully surrendered their lives to Christ as him being their LORD of their lives, and do those few practice their faith first with other family members?
1 Timothy 5:3 Give proper recognition to those widows who are really in need. But if a widow has children or grandchildren, these should learn first of all to put their religion into practice by caring for their own family and so repaying their parents and grandparents, for this is pleasing to God.
5:8 If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his mediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
Paul is talking about practicing sharing our faith in giving all we have in faith in Christ for our families first before we go out into the world. Many think Paul is only talking about giving money to our families but faith in practice includes all things that Christ gives us of himself. Their salvation of their souls should come first through the Spirit of God, then he will work through us for others in the world beyond our families. The question is how many truly show their faith in practice with their families first? Paul is talking about all resources God gives us through himself with money, his word, and through the deeds he works through us should be proven in our families first. With man it is impossible to go the right way, with the right courage, right temperament, and with the right motives using all of God's resources, but with God all is possible! It all has to come through the Spirit of God for his purpose, and he will work all things in a person and through a person to complete every work a person's family needs. Our families might not want him, but they need him, and he knows what they need, and reveals it to His reborn children in Christ. The question is are we who have fully surrendered to Christ truly practicing our faith first with our families?
For me, the answer to this question is yes. I am planting his little seeds of truth in every conversation, and in some conversations I am digging out the lies, fertilizing, and watering at the proper time when they reveal a deep need for both. If we are looking at ourselves as fig tress then some of the trees in my family are brown, withering without a strong root in Him. While mine is green, and my roots are strong by what he has clearly given me. We have to remember His Spirit dwells in us, and we listen to him as our LORD, as we listen to others. We try to understand where they are coming from so he can respond to their every need as we know he response to our every need. I do not know what they need, or recognize their need until HE reveals it to me. I am his to use any way he needs me to be used. So I listen very carefully to others and to Him. He is my voice, eyes, ears, hands, and feet. This should be how we are lead everywhere we go in the world by the Spirit of God. He works continually in us, and through us for others. We do not know where he is taking us, or what he will reveal to us, all we know is we need him, we fully trust him, and we know he wants all others to believe the same as we do in Him. He does not force them or hate anyone who does not, but he will continually plant, water, fertilize, and handle all all trees that are dead for them to grow and produce his fruit.
If the Spirit of God is in us He will handle their response, he is our shield. We should not be afraid of what any human, or this world can do to us when we have God, and his limitless supply of power and grace that comes from within. What ever you lose in this life time for his sake, he will replace it with much more on earth during this life so you can use it for all he wants it to be used for, as well as your eternal life in Heaven.
Luke 18:29 "I tell you the truth," Jesus said to them, "No one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God will fail to receive many times as much in this age and, in the age to come, eternal life.
We live today in a world that does not like confronting evil, or the deception of sin, and what it does. While Jesus confronted all things head on, people, and evil spirits daily. It has become a world that believes in "live and let live"gives you peace. If my sister is living a life that I know is not pleasing to God many "Christians" today would let her live the way she wants to with no confrontation or battling the evil spirits of deception all around her for all to benefit from. If my niece is a lesbian, many "Christians" today believe I should let her live the way she wants to, and ignore the sin, and the life style she is living. Christ would not, and he surely would love her enough to tell her the truth to lead her in the right direction. So the question is why are we not doing this today as he did if we are claiming he is in us?
Did Christ ignore me when I was living a life of sin? Was Christ scared to confront my sinful nature? Was Christ afraid to confront the darkness in me? Did Christ ignore me when I was living a lifestyle he did not approve of? Did Christ ignore my sinful nature? NO, he did not! Thank God! Through someone else that was his child who was not afraid of confronting the evil, he brought me to the Cross through them. I received HIS SPIRIT, and I have walked in Him everyday since. If Christ is in us then God is sending Him in us, just has he sent Him. He will never ignore my daughter, son, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, mother, and father living a life of error, living a different wisdom than he provides, and living a different life he has planned for them. He will not ever ignore my niece in her confusion, and going down the broad worldly path because he loves her through me to bring her to the cross, repent, and receive the Spirit of him that gives her a new life, and a new understanding of who God truly is through His Son. He will not ignore a family member that worships material possessions, money or people above him. He wants to tell, and show those through me HE IS REAL and by his power in us we can deny all worldly pleasures above Him. He wants to speak his truth through me for all to benefit from including myself by letting him.
Last week, last weekend, and everyday if Christ is in you, and you know you have fully surrendered do you let him work through you for others in your family by first showing your faith in him giving you, and all around you what they truly need physically, spiritually, and emotionally? Do you give HIS love, wisdom, and deeds for all to change them into a true child of God? If you are not then you are denying the faith and God sees you worse than an unbeliever, because you know you are a pencil in his hands, and yet you do not let him speak, and work through you for others. Go to Christ and begin today making him Lord of your life, and listen to his words, and the true narrow path that leads you to do his will for your life, and do not to live by your own understanding that is deceiving you.
His peace and love always.
Good morning readers! Grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Last week my father took me to breakfast! We had a wonderful time and a great discussion, and I would like to share it with you today.
Before we begin I would like to tell you a little about my amazing father. He is a wonderful person, and loves God and all things in, and about life. He however did not know God as he does now and sometimes still cannot discuss his personal feelings as free as he would like, this has been a need he continually works through. So we all continue growing receiving daily more of him that frees us from the bondage of ourselves.
We are going back in time today, as my father and I did last week when he took me to breakfast. When I was young my father wanted to instill in us a attitude of being what ever we wanted, whether it was being good at something or being good at being a good person. He instilled we had the mind, and spirit ourselves to be this good person, or have a incredible dream. We could be and do anything we set our minds too.
Have any of you heard of the story "The little engine that could?" Through this little engines story the engines friends would tell the engine it could make it up a hill. His friends told the engine if the engine would keep telling itself "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can," he could! Especially since they were cheering him on. He did as his friends asked and they cheered him on and he made it! Yeah!!! Great story of the human spirit making itself think, "I can, I can, I can."
My little engine I received, was broken! The more I thought I could, the more I couldn't. When I would tell my father, "I can't," he would always tell me, "That word should not be in your vocabulary." I began feeling no matter how hard I tried convincing myself of this good behavior, and this good person he wanted me to be I always found myself falling short in my mind, and when I looked at him I felt disappointment as well.
I gave up early in life trying to become one of those engines that could, and settled for the engine that couldn't. I did not know God then, and my sin was something I accepted and lived with and thought that was everyone. I thought at the time, we all try our best and come out at the end of life with the engine that was delft to us. Some engines could and some engines couldn't, that was life.
My father tried to instill in me all of our strength, acceptance, confidence, maturity, moral goodness and choices comes from our own minds and will. We can be this engine if we work hard physically with actions toward this goal and mentally in making ourselves think we can. He was a great high school coach and used this philosophy there as well. My sister, brother, and mother back then seamed to be these people that could, they had many accomplishments to look at, that would support this physical and mental work in their lives.
When I met my Savior, and first heard him much later in life, I received a different wisdom than I was taught by my beloved parents. God said, "I can't" and not only did he tell me I can't, he told me no one can. What? I thought to myself. That did not make any sense, why would God tell all of his creation they can't do anything?
"John 15:5 "I am the vine; you are the branches, If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."
When I sat down with my Heavenly Father he told me we were made not to be able to do anything that would be our best. He told me our best thinking, reasoning, and will to do anything, could never be his best. That was his plan. I ask Him, "Why would you make us not to be able to do or be our best? He told me because if we could be and do our best, we would be the vine, then we would have never needed him. We would never know how to worship him, we would be worshiping ourselves, and most importantly we would not know his true love for us, ours for others, nor would we know how to love him.
God planned the cross for mankind before mankind was created so that when we receive Him as our Savior, Jesus Christ we would receive His Son, our Father and Lord and through them we would receive this wisdom, " I can do all things through Him who gives me strength." This means without him our strength, plans, will, reasoning, and goodness will only take us so far and for now, not for eternity.
Ephesians 1:4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will-to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.
This lets us know God planned Jesus to save us since the creation of the world. Thank you Father for your gift of grace we receive through your son, you get all the glory for what you have given us to be what you planned before the creation of the world.
Jesus told me in John 15:9, "As the Father has loved me, so have I love you. Now remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remained in his love.
How can a person obey Jesus or obey the law to be the best we can be? He gives us the Holy Spirit of God himself! Through Christ we get the Spirit of God that gives us him in our mind, in our heart, and all his righteousness in how to be good and how to be led through life. We have to give up " I can" attitude as our own little engines can, to receive his "I truly can" attitude through me your Savior from the cross. He puts the real engine in us through His Spirit that can do and be all things He requires us to be. He is our true and most wise Father!
John 16:13 But when the, the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you.
It is so amazing when you receive the Spirit of God in you telling you the secret truths of God in so many ways. Through his word, dreams, through His Spirit in other people, though and his whispering in your mind the very words that are in his Bible before you have read them. You immediately know he knows all things, and you immediately are his child receiving his daily moment to moment instructions. He is the only voice you hear and listen to because you know where he comes from and who it is!
Now when I say, "I can't," I feel good all over! I have a true freedom in knowing I can't, because I know He will! So the "I can't engine" has become part of my vocabulary in word, deed, emotionally and mentally. When someone tells me, "Vicki, I can't do that, or "Mom, I can't do that." I say, "I know I can't either, but Christ can, and through Him I and you can do everything!"
Philippians 4:13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength!
Good morning to all, grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today I realized through an amazing conversation with a beloved friend God's love for me raised to a much higher level. We were discussing a problem she was having. She began to tell me how she was not going to let this problem over take her. She was going to think positive, she was going to conquer this problem and walk away from it a stronger person. She said, "Life gives us problems but through our own determination we can conquer any problem that comes our way, and come out a stronger person because of it."
Many people may cheer great cheers for this person and be conquerors themselves, let me tell you that this person does not believe in God through Jesus Christ our Lord, she believes mankind can make themselves rise up to face and conquer any problem. I continually tell her she is right, all humans can be conquerors, they can make themselves strong enough to handle most any problem. I know people with cancer, and all kinds of sickness that do not know God, some are celebrities the whole world can see, admire, and follow.
They make themselves have a positive outlook, keep their minds fit by fighting negative thoughts with their positive thoughts daily. It has come a common practice today to look at the human spirit of man as an amazing conqueror of problems, trails, and transgressions of all types and shapes.
She has continually told me through life we all can learn from mistakes and problems life gives us each day, we can make ourselves be great conquerors! "This is true my friend," I told her. So she asked, "Well, what is the difference in a human spirit being all it needs to be to conquer life and it's problems, than being a Christian? Why do I need Jesus Christ, if I can conquer all things in life myself?"
I looked at her with deep compassion and said, " When we are in our human spirit and soul as everyone is born in, His love draws us from the cross, we go to him willingly by His love drawing us, and we surrender all to Him because through that love and forgiveness we are made new by His free gift of himself living in us, we know we are more than conquers in Him. She asked, "What does that mean, you, as a Christian, are more than conquerors? Why do you need to be more than conquerors?" I said, "Because through His Spirit within us we receive at the cross, his love for us takes us beyond our trials, beyond the cares of this world, beyond death, beyond ourselves and beyond anything in creation! We live now with his love, faith and hope that lives on for eternity. We are more than just conquerors, we have the power of his love now that guards our heart from all things of this world for eternity.
Romans 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
I told her having God's love and grace he gives us through His Son over powers any fear, sadness, or fight we may have within ourselves to fight this fight; He fights it for us through His power within us, we surrender our human spirit and will to that power He gives us, and we are free in his faith, love and hope to face all that comes. His will becomes our will. He gives us joy as we fight the fight with his gift of faith. All these things of Him from his nature, our God and Savior are given to us at the cross. But you have to receive what he first has already given you through his love at the cross.
She said, "So when you have a problem what do you tell your mind, do you not tell it positive thoughts?" "No, I said, "I truly do not have positive thoughts that will give me what he has and make me more than a conqueror, so I listen to him and His Spirit and he tells my mind positive thoughts, and his thoughts give me love and joy each trail I face." His thoughts and ways are much higher than mine, so I listen solely to him.
What!" she said, with a puzzling look on her face." "You have joy when things happen to you, that sounds crazy." I replied, " I know, doesn't it? I rely solely on him giving me all I need and he does, it is that simple but very hard to do at the same time. You have to put all above Him, and you can by what he gives you. What he gives you you cannot see, so it is hard to keep what you see less important than what you don't. If we do not receive him, there is no way humanly possible to put him above our human nature or spirit, and if we put anything or anyone above him we can stop the love and faith the Spirit give us.
We do not have the power to put him above all things, or all people within ourselves and he will test us, not for him to know, but for us to know. He knows already what is inside us, what our hearts are truly revealing. He test us through problems so we can test and see if he is truly in us, for our benefit, giving us his patience, joy, and endurance so we can be his mature and complete child not lacking anything so we can solely rely on him by what He has freely given us.
Our Father loves to prove he truly will give us all we need to be his and true to ourselves, inside and out. His purpose is to pour out himself to others through us so he can draw others to the cross"
She looked confused and puzzled as if she had seen and heard something she did not understand, but still trying to understand what she was seeing and hearing.
She did not know me before I knew the Lord, so I asked her, "Have you ever seen me in a beaten state, a destroyed state or even in a "super human woman state" of mind? She answered, "No, all I see is love, endurance, patience, peace, understanding, kindness, truth without fear, wisdom, faithful unending, sometimes a annoying joy, and love for your Lord." I laughed and said, "All these fruits you see came from Him not me, you too can enjoy this annoying love, and joy that surpasses any human understanding when you are faced with problems, and be more than just a conqueror."
James 1:2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trails of many kinds, because you know that testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
My friend than ask me, "When Christ is in a person that person will be drawing others to the cross because of his love in that person draws them to him? I replied, "Yes, you are so right, now you get it, praise Jesus!" "Much like you are doing to me now, because I feel His love for me as you speak about Him," she said with tears his love gave her. I told her with great compassion and authority he had given me, to surrender all of herself to his love he was giving her now.
His love was drawing her to the cross. We prayed this prayer together with the heart he gave each of us, "Father we are your children at the cross of your Son, feeling your forgiveness deep within our hearts and minds you have touched by your drawing love. We feel your mercy and grace you have for us, that you can only give us here at your Son's cross. We want to give ourselves wholly to you now so your faith will remain in us, for we know now you are the Lord of our lives, our Father and friend from this day on until we are at home with you. I will fight everything with your faith and love you have given me each day, by your gift of the Holy Spirit that is in me now, that same Spirit you had that overcame the world and made you more than a conqueror now has made me more than a conqueror!
Good morning to all, grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today I was having a conversation with someone about God and my childhood. I was having this conversation with a person that has known me since birth. When I was a child I did not know God personally. I knew of him, but He had not touched my heart or renewed my mind. He was something that was not real to my inner thinking our soul. He was just a figure I imagined that had no true reality or substance within my heart. Did I go to church, yes, and did I read my Bible; very little. Did I pray, yes, and only when I wanted something or thank him for something. Did I pray every night before I went to bed, no, only every once in a while out of duty of doing something right, but with empty words that had no effect within me.
There was no love shared within my spirit or soul for my Heavenly Father or by him. I did what I wanted to do when I wanted to do it. I was the same when I left the church, as when I went in. I truly never knew the guilt and shame I was caring around in me. Although I would hide my real thoughts and feelings about me and my life not wanting all my deeds known.
There was a change in me brought on by wanting to please my parents when I was older, after my children were born. Because of all the wrong decisions I had made when I was younger, and I was still making them. I tried to change myself by pleasing them, hoping their acceptance of me would be enough to change me. So I would go to church, work in the church, study my Bible and go to classes with them trying to please them. Hoping someday I would feel their acceptance. These task did make me feel good, but no change within me occurred, only on the surface and this good feeling would quickly fade away. I soon would do something for someone else that would make me feel good. Although outwardly it may have looked like I was changing, but no change inwardly. Still no love received from God or no love given to Him from my spirit or soul. I was still going my own way and making my own choices. Some choices still morally wrong and some morally right. Still not knowing the guilt and shame that I was caring around in me, nor did I know His peace, faith and love He was offering.
Then when I was older I did receive my Savior's love that filled me, and I knew the wretched person I had been all of my life. No matter how morally good I was It was nothing compared to his love and goodness.I gave him all of me that was not him, including my good moral behavior, and told him to reveal in me what was not His goodness.I did feel the guilt and shame of who I was with many tears, but his love drove me to ask Him for forgiveness for not thinking of him and not recognizing him all my life while he was calling and coming to me at the cross. This was Godly sorrow and it changed me.
That day at the cross he washed all my condemnation away, took my sinful nature and destroyed it with all of its guilt and shame that was attached to my sinful nature, it was crucified with him. Then I shared many tears of joy with him, and have since that day years ago.
He raised me, and keeps me raised up to be with him in soul and spirit since that day by His Holy Spirit, and His Spirit gave life to my mortal body. He gave me the gift of his righteousness by his amazing gifts of grace that I carry daily by his faith to live in this imperfect world.
All guilt of me being a ungodly daughter, friend, and mother was gone, and all guilt of me being a unholy sinner was gone and a new heart was given. The heart of God through his Son was given to me and has given me new life in all ways. The same heart he wants to give the whole world that continually wants to please him and do his will for their lives.
I was discussing this changing transformation with the person that knew me since birth. She told me I knew God when I was younger and went away from him. I kept telling her I never knew him personally, because if I did know him intimately and his love like I do today, I would have never done the things against him that I did. My eyes were never opened to the true real God because I never experienced any change, no guilt of living the wrong way was in my mind, or in my heart.
If I loved him and truly knew him there would be no way I would have been a ungodly child, adult, friend or mother. But me saying that was OK, and it did not hurt me. Saying it only gave me more of his faith, grace and peace. I had no guilt in telling my daughter the truth about me, and I had no guilt or shame when my daughter told me the truth about me, it was gone! I have no guilt and shame sharing my truth with anyone, because of what He gives me in it's place. What an amazing God we have that would give us enough acceptance by his presence living in us we can share all truth with others and all receive more of him! This was amazing, I could look at myself in the mirror and receive peace, love and acceptance from God, and I was free through His Spirit from all condemnation! From now on I would have Godly sorrow which would convict me with hope, forgiveness and more grace. It would give me endurance and peace to continue to walk by his faith. It would encourage me instead of destroy me! His truth in the mirror I could take and live with because he would always give me what I needed to form me into his image.
As we continued our conversation and I was telling her about his love her next statement blew my mind, and it reveals to me the relationship she has with Christ. I was not expecting it at all. She said, "I know Vicki,It is all my fault," she said it as if she was under punishment as in condemnation, like I was condemning her" There was no evidence of her receiving God's peace in forgiveness, his grace and confidence from God through the presence of his Son. She had not fully surrendered to God herself so this condemnation disposition had not left her. This opened my mind into what God was revealing to me about her for her benefit.
Condemnation in the Greek language is the word katakrima, it sounds like kat-ak'-ree-mah. It means punishment or damning sentence, a harsh judgment.
2 Corinthians 8:10 Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow bring death.
When we have a disposition of harsh punishment that is condemnation. When Christ is in us we are free from this type of disposition. When we are in our natural selves our flesh, we have this kind of deposition. When we receive Christ we know the difference the cross makes when we truly receive him at the cross and live through His Spirit of truth. That way we know it is God changing us truly through the Holy Spirit of Him and His Son and we know he is the only One God that can through His faith, hope and love and the greatest is his love.
John 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
During our discussion I never mention her and her life. We were only discussing the truth about me. This women claims she knows Christ and has known him all of her life, but she claims there was a time in her life she thought she did not know him. She was trying to get me to understand I was like her. During my childhood this woman never spoke about God to me nor did she explain the cross. She believes most young people leave God that is part of growing up.
For me if you are young and you have fully surrendered your life to God then you are no different than someone else older that has fully surrendered their life to God and there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus, you are free and forgiven, you no longer carry guilt, and you live only to please him. You live or walk only through the Spirit and not the flesh. The way you know this is, there is no condemnation, no regret, no forgiveness.
He washes you clean from all guilt you feel deep down you had never known or seen before, when he touches you with his grace and love, all your shame in your sinful nature you lived in before is gone and you now live through his Spirit, unless he never was in you fully to begin with you still may harbor condemnation. Godly sorrow brings repentance, forgiveness and hope, condemnation brings you down heavy with guilt and with no hope, and no refresh clean feeling in your heart and soul. No freedom felt with condemnation.
Romans 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. (NIV)
Romans 8:1 There is therefore, no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. (KJV)
"Those who are in Christ Jesus". This is a disposition that he give us when he comes in us to live, and those that are in Christ Jesus have no guilt or shame, only forgiveness, his peace and love when we share his truth with someone else. There is difference between our dispositions when we are in Christ, how we give and how we receive.
If someone else, or you have condemnation about anything that is said to you, you say to someone, you do, or someone does to you, what is God revealing to you? Do you know the difference between condemnation and conviction? If you do, not turn to Jesus Christ now and give yourself fully to Christ let his grace wash over you, let his forgiveness wash you clean. There will be no regret and no punishment only his saving grace in the mirror. When the Holy Spirit convicts you there is peace, acceptance, hope and forgiveness there is no condemnation, he came to save you from it and give you a new life!
His peace and love always.
Good afternoon, grace and peace to God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today another "church" relationship was put in front of me through me trying to help them with the youth in our community. Last Sunday I helped with great excitement and joy and was having a great time loving all people through the grace He had given me. We began our lesson and I was quietly as possible keeping the youth listening to our Lord and His message through this wonderful person he had chosen to do this task. The youth were listening and making comments. I began to listen as well to the person he was speaking through for the youth to hear.
She first began telling each youth about choices they make and how to make the right ones. She had several newspaper clippings that revealed several youths making bad choices with terrible consequences that would follow. One brought a gun to school, another killed his girlfriend and still another group of young girls wore revealing track uniforms that were banned.
The teacher began to tell them they should choose the right choice and when we are faced with a fork in the road, as these people were, left being wrong right being right, which way should we go? Of course most of them said they know right from wrong and would choose the right choice. So do we teach our children it is about making choices or receiving His grace? Is is about right doing or right receiving His faith and grace?
Titus 2v11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope-the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own eager to do what is good.
I began to hear God say to me, "Vicki, you know it is not about making choices, all people can choose the right choice if they know right from wrong and many do, it is about me making them for myself to be my own by my gift of grace that is within them that comes from me. They have to come to me to be able to live and make the choices I give them. Know one can go to Father except through me and what I give them.It is only through my gift of grace anyone can live and breath freely with self-controlled lives because you have received me. Why do they call me Lord, Lord and not do what I say? It is because they have not given me all of themselves to be in charge of."
I started to say a few words and tell them they can only be led through Christ to make the right choices because we do not get to Heaven by the choices and good we do only by His presence and grace in us do we receive salvation. I only said a little bit and then I was cut off by the teacher and her words. She followed up by saying through the Holy Spirit's help we can make the right choices if we look to Him to help us. Are we not suppose to know Him first and He teaches us all things about God, our LORD, Father and He delivers us from evil, because he is in charge of our lives?
I went home that night trying to tell God that I liked being in this youth group and I did not want to say anymore but he would not leave me alone. I told Him if He wanted me to talk to her he would have to lead her to me by her calling me and her bringing up me saying anything. I was expected to go to Wednesday night youth fellowship and if He wanted me to speak His words to her He would have to get her to call me before then. If he didn't want me to speak to her, she would not bring it up or call me, I would know to go and not speak anymore.
Wednesday at 1:00 pm she called. I answered the phone and she ask if I wanted to come tonight and fellowship with the youth I said of course I would love to, if she would accept my help. She said, "There is one thing I am concerned with, and it is when I ask the children something you should not say anything." I knew at that moment I had to speak for my Lord fearlessly with the words he gave me. It is by grace we are saved not by our own choices. She said she did not want to be controlled that way and God does not want to control us that way. I told her it was about "right believing" not right doing. She again told me that God wants us to make the right choices on our own, and I said if we could why did He have to die for us? She was offended I could tell and told me this would not be a good fit for me because I was telling her she was wrong and I was right. I told her I was not right but God was and again she got offend because she told me I was leading her to believe God was speaking to her and not me. We talked back and forth for about thirty minutes and we prayed for each other and left it in God's hands.
I beseech all who claim to teach by the calling of God to check yourselves and see who has control of your life. Many think he is the "co pilot" or the helping hand but He is the hand and the pilot and He takes us beyond our mind, our spirit and fulfills ourselves with Him in our mind and spirit and we let Him as His child knowing He knows best for us.
For me I knew what God was telling me again. To build my own church with His words, signs, wonders and His miracles He has given to me to share with the world. I know I am no one special an ordinary sinner with many sins in my life before I knew Him and His grace that changed my life and continues to change it daily. How and why would he heal all of my pain, suffering, and sickness and not heal all others that have Him and His faith, His love and His power living in them. We however do not know each others faith and each others personal relationship with God. I only know Him and what He has given me that is all I know. I do not have my own opinions any more only His and what He reveals to me for others.
Titus 3v3 At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit whom he poured out on generously through Jesus Christ our Savior so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
I will continue to pray for this person and all churches but will not attend another one until He leads me to another. I will keep spreading His truth of who He is and how He wants to heal everyone spirit, soul and body here on earth as it is in Heaven through His power and grace not from our own natural choices, but through His grace we can be lead to make the right choices. He lives in us so we can make the right choices whether we want his love to guard our hearts or not to lead us to control us is the only choice we make when his love touches our heart we can always deny his word of love. We want to be controlled by Him because He knows what is best for us.
Those who think they know themselves better than God knows them hopefully will soon learn their human nature is nothing compared to His glorious love and power He gives all people that receive His faith. I know our earthly bodies are going to decay someday and He will give us enough grace to defeat death and live with Him forever. His grace is sufficient enough for all people if they would only receive His faith they could receive His grace through receiving Him and be able to make all the right choices. I am what I am by the grace of God, it is not I but Christ who lives in me and through me so I can make the right choices by faith in Him healing my whole body, soul and spirit and the out come of my life will prove His power heals all in all people for His glory in His name!!!
Good afternoon! Grace and peace to you in abundance from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today we are testing ourselves with God's definition of struggle or surrender. Which one describes you and me?
Mathew 16v23 Jesus turned and said to Peter, "Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men.
We often forget Peter and all men did not have the dwelling life of the Holy Spirit guiding them and sustaining them until Jesus was glorified by our Father. Some had Him here and there for His purpose to be known through them before Christ was risen but not enough to completely make them complete Holy and true. He was given to them enough to know they needed to repent and be used for us as an example. Jesus teaches us this when we receive the Holy Spirit within us we know if anyone had received the Holy Spirit from Him to live in them and guide them they could have been Holy and true by Him keeping them from continuing to make wrong decisions and continue a life of repentance. This was God's plan from the beginning, we now have the Spirit of God living in us and qualifying us to be His true sons and daughters by the same Spirit that lived through Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord now lives through us. He is our example that we can be righteous and true because He gave us the Spirit that made Him righteous and true. This does not mean we work ourselves up as a copy of Him. He is real and living within us, He works in us and through us. When His gift of faith is continually given to us our mind is renewed to His way of thinking. We can make this a struggle or a surrender. We do not know how this happens without any effort on our part except through His gift of faith.Peter did not have His mind renewed at this time, He was creating Jesus to be a Jesus He wanted and Peter's natural sympathy for Him was coming through. Peter put the man in Jesus before the God in Jesus, because Peter did not truly know the God in Jesus. Which we often do within ourselves that keeps Christ from doing His work in us and completing His plans and future He has for each of us. His kingdom will still grow and prosper but we will not!! This struggle we create, surrendering to Him our natural human nature happens all the time when Jesus is walking right in front of us. Peter had an excuse because our Lord's grace had not risen within Peter yet. He was still hidden and a mystery to Him deep beneath the surface of Peter. Jesus rebuked him for future reference when Peter's faith would not fail Him because it came from Him. (John 16v1 "All this I have told you so that you will not go astray. v2 They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, a time is coming when anyone who kills you will think he is offering a service to God.) When they received the Holy Spirit He reminded them of what Jesus had said and began teaching them all things and their faith grew, and grew and grew. If God is not speaking to you something is wrong within you, you have become a stumbling block to His growth in you. We do not have an excuse like Peter had at the time. There is no excuse God will accept now, He has done everything for us through His Son. He has given Himself for us to receive grace by His promise of the Holy Spirit through His gift of faith that opens our heart to need and desire Him. We need to be aware of making our own struggle by becoming a stumbling block because our mind is more sympathetic to things of men instead of things of God. Jesus did not hesitate in putting Peter's mind right for His benefit as we should love others in this same way for their benefit through the gift of grace for them knowing our true and only Savior. Not to be to sympathetic to their human nature but glorify the power of God within them, because He is glorified in you. For whoever loves his own life because of their own sympathies of making their own Jesus to suit their own lives will lose theirs, but whoever loses his life for our true Savior and Lord will find it. The fight we fight is not with our natural spirit and our Holy Spirit, when we loose our struggle of keeping our own life it is gone it does not have the power to come back, we have given ourselves willing to our Father for His use. We have a watchmen living within us that quickly lets us know and He crushes our natural sinful nature for us if and when he raises his ugly head. The fight we fight is keeping the faith in Him we receive to continually grow. If our faith is not continually growing we have become a stumbling block. He continually gives us wants, desires and needs within our new heart to complete us. We may hear Him through dreams, visions, words, the Holy Bible, and people He speaks through. As long as we stay near to our God within us by His grace guiding our hearts He will increase our faith through relationships and circumstances along with our abundant life. He will keep working daily to tell us things about Him, ourselves, the world, and Satan for His purpose and we will see his many wonders and miracles in our lives He has created for each of us as long as we fulfill His will and not ours. The struggle is yours you create by what you let in your mind to complete your will, the fight He fights for you by giving you His gifts of faith, hope and love completes His will for you. The choice is always yours, do you continue to struggle with keeping your will or do you surrender yours so you can receive His will for your life? The path may seam right but your spirit will tell you. I love all of you with the love He gives me for you, many prayers all ways, Vicki Gann
